How can i improve my 2 Handed Backhand?

Tennis Academy for BEST TECHNIQUES FOR FOREHAND AND BACKHAND

Like any other groundstroke, a Two-Handed Backhand’s power
depends on more factors.
The body strength is understood, of course.
What are tennis technical elements that a coach should improve
on a player?
1. Racket height when a player swings back into the preparation
position. The stroke power will be helped with the better beginning
speed in the form of “free fall”. It means that the racket head
should go as higher as possible. This part depends on the coach’s
teaching. Often a player has to face technical changes because
every coach has his angle (opinion). It is unfortunate for
the player but it is a logical reality.
2. Torso rotation – as “coil and uncoil” actions. Not only that we have
it in all groundstrokes but we have during serving as well.
Like in Forehand, uncoiling force is the stroke initiator so this action
is crucial to have a powerful hit.
3. Step-in i.e. bodyweight transfer is essential for almost all sports.
Putting our bodies “into the ball” with the right timing is a must for any
tennis stroke. The same thing is for any type of throwing motion and we have it
in many sports.
4. Elbows and wrists “cooperation” create the “lever force”.
This bio mechanic is the reason that kids can hit a backhand. Some of the players,
like Monika Seleš and Santoro, also hit Forehands using this type of mechanics.
The technique to improve or learn this is to hit a ball without using the swing
as help. The wing comes later in the methodology.
